She has over 25 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations focused on supporting underserved populations. Prior to joining PAIR, she was the Director of Operations at Boston CASA, which recruits, trains and supervises volunteers to advocate for children and youth in foster care. She is a licensed social worker who holds a M.A degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago’s Crown School of Social Work and B.S in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
