Daniela Hargus
Daniela Hargus, Esq. is a Boston University School of Law Citrix Public Service Fellow and a staff attorney at PAIR specializing in detention and removal defense. She holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and earned her Bachelor's degree at Boston College. Prior to law school, Dani served as an AmeriCorps Fellow at Project Citizenship, assisting legal permanent residents to overcome the legal barriers to U.S. citizenship. As a law student, Dani served as a Note Development Editor on the Boston University Law Review and a student advocate in the Immigrants' Rights and Human Trafficking Program, where she represented individuals pursuing Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and other forms of immigration relief. Dani gained additional experience as a Detention Paralegal at PAIR during her final year of law school and as a legal intern with Kids in Need of Defense. Dani speaks Spanish. She joined PAIR in 2021.
