She holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Psychology and Social Thought and Analysis from Washington University in St. Louis. During law school, Tara represented detained clients in Immigration Court through BC Law’s Immigration Clinic. She also interned at Boston area immigration firms and at the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights. Prior to law school, Tara worked at the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty in Washington D.C. Tara joined PAIR in 2023.
