Nancy Giesel
Nancy Giesel, Esq. is a staff attorney at PAIR, specializing in asylum law. She holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and earned her Masters in Migration Studies from the University of San Francisco. Prior to law school, Nancy worked as an asylum paralegal at a non-profit organization and in the private sector. As a law student, Nancy was a student attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic, where her work focused on migrant disappearances at the southern border. Nancy speaks Spanish. She joined PAIR in 2024.
